#phpbb3 guide updated for #Ubuntu Maverick Server
There is a new version of phpbb3 (3.0.8) so I have updated the guide for Ubuntu (Maverick or Lucid) and it will work without issues in Debian too.

#phpBB 3.0.6 released with small firebird changes
We are very pleased to announce the availability of the phpBB “Fast and Furrious” 3.0.6 package. This release fixes numerous bugs, introduces some major features, as well as improves stability and performance.
Firebird related changes:
Changed minimum requirement for Firebird DBMS from 2.0+ to 2.1+.

The cache system provides an API for caching frequently used data, it provides an interface for user code to cache data and an interface for the DBAL to cache query results.
#phpBB 3.0.6 Release Candidate 4 released with Firebird fixes
In an effort to increase product stability we are happy to announce the availability of the fourth release candidate for the next release – phpBB 3.0.6.
This fourth release candidate contains mostly regression fixes. Everyone able to should test this release and report critical bugs (those, stopping the operation of the forum) and issues to the bug tracker or directly to the developers.

We are very pleased to announce the availability of the “Hooray… new features” phpBB 3.0.3 package. This version has seen numerous stability fixes, performance tweaks and general bugs fixed. Apart from some tiny new features, this version also introduces two major new features: template inheritance and a post-based queue.
