Wardenburg, Germany – August 30th 2007: The 5th International Firebird Database Conference is being held October 18th – 20th 2007 in Hamburg, Germany. The event is organized by HK-Software in cooperation with the Firebird Foundation. The conference is the premier event for professional open source database technology.

Courses and sessions Thursday and Friday:

• Beginners courses in both English and German languages
• Advanced courses English language
• A range of sessions English language
• Firebird Code Camp, English/German – a unique opportunity offering the possibility to directly discuss and solve technical problems with renowned Firebird experts

Main Conference on Saturday:

On Saturday a wide range of main conference sessions are on offer, concluding with the renowned auction. The Conference closes with an evening cruise around the Hamburg harbor. The fee for the main Conference day starts at EUR 99.00 and for the full three days only EUR 399.00 if the registration is submitted before September 20th 2007.
