New version FreeAdhocUDF
Today 2006-12-21 the new version adhoc20061221 is ready for download at ftp://ftp.adhoc-data.de or http://www.ibexpert.com/download
Also there is a new website for all around the FreeAdhocUDF at
http://www.udf.adhoc-data.de.
The new version is the first (and only?) UDF-library which supports all the new features in FireBird 2.0 (f.e. returning of NULL in UDFs). The new version is also the first UDF-library compatible and tested on InterBase2007.
There are now 295 functions in the FreeAdhocUDF. The FreeAdhocUDF returns the same values in Windows and Linux and in InterBase and FireBird so you can Backup/Restore from Windwos to Linux and from InterBase to FireBird.

English documentation is broken in the zip file, only french is working and I can’t read freanch =).

– the NEW documentation is (at this time) ONLY online, see http://www.udf.adhoc-data.de (JavaScript enabled)
– the english pages are not translatet at all at this time – we work on it
– the documentation of the further version can be downloaded, see ftp://ftp.adhoc-data.de and then FreeAdhocUDF than adhoc20061031 …
– which zip-file do he you mean?
Im talking about FreeAdhocUDFmin.zip, there is a folder called “Dokumentation”, inside there are 3 folder Deutsth,English and French and inside the Englis folder is a PDF file.
You meen the zip of the old version 🙂
