Milliseconds are now stored in the timestamp KInterbasDB + Firebird

Just a note: the article cited also says that David Rushby is the author of KInterbasDb. While he may be the author of the 3rd version and probably cooperated before, Alexander Kuznetsov is the original author of the code, including the first and second versions of the module.

An historical note: the cited article at gossamer-threads.com says that David Rushby is the author of the code. While David is the active developer for KInterbasDB v3 and probably cooperated before, Alexander Kuznetsov is the original author and did versions 1 and 2.
