installing ibwebadmin 2.0 from cvs
you will need an apache+php+php5interbase setup (in ubuntu or any distro,or windows)
$sudo apt-get install php5-interbase cvs
then checkout the latest version in /var/www directory
$cd /var/www
$cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@ibwebadmin.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/ibwebadmin login
$sudo cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@ibwebadmin.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/ibwebadmin co -P ibwebadmin
$sudo chown -R www-data.www-data ibwebadmin<
$ cd ibwebadmin/inc/
$sudo cp configuration.inc.php.dist configuration.inc.php
modify the $ALLOWED_DIRS to look like this
$ALLOWED_DIRS = array(‘/var/lib/firebird2/data/’,
‘/var/lib/interbase/’,
‘/tmp/’);
and the BINPATH
define(‘BINPATH’, ‘/usr/lib/firebird/2.0/bin/’);
then you can load the firebird web interface
