Bug Fixes:

– Fixed problem with the FbDataAdapter design time support.

– Fixed TableAdapter integration in Visual Studio 2005 now the
tableadapters should have select, insert, update and delete commands
when requested.

– Fixed bugs in Indexes and Index columns schemas.
