EMS Data Export for InterBase/Firebird is a powerful program to export your data quickly from InterBase/Firebird databases to any of 15 available formats, including MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word, RTF, HTML, XML, PDF, TXT, CSV, DBF and others. Data Export for InterBase/Firebird includes a wizard, which allows you to set export options for each table visually (destination filename, exported fields, data formats, and much more) and a command line utility to export data from tables and queries in one-touch.

What’s new in Data Export 2007 version 3.0?

1. Unicode support. Now you are able to export Unicode data (from SQL Server, MySQL and PostgreSQL databases).
2. Export to new formats is available now:
   • MS Excel 2007
   • MS Word 2007
   • Open Document Format (Open Document Text and Open Document Spreadsheet)
   • Generic XML with XSD schema
3. Now you can use parameters in data export queries. The parameters are prompted in interactive mode in the wizard. In the Console version query parameters can be set in the command line or prompted in interactive mode.
4. Utility source code significantly optimized, work speed increased.
5. Now you can select destination server (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, DB2, etc.) when exporting to SQL format. Result script will be generated in accordance with the specifications of the target server.
6. Wizard window is now resizable.
7. An error used to occur when exporting tables containing VARCHAR fields with the length of more than 255 symbols to MS Access. Fixed now.
8. Other minor improvements and bugfixes.

Visual building as well as direct editing of a query text is available. User-friendly graphical interface allows you to connect to databases, select tables and fields for a query, set the selection criteria and much more.
