I’m happy to announce the release of mojoPortal 2.2.4.6.
Jaybird 2.1.2 is Released
Jaybird 2.1.2 is released. It is a bugfix release that targets two main issues, JDK 6.0 compatibility and support for INSERT…RETURNING statements. More info at the JDBC Driver page.
Using new features of the Firebird 2.1 in the ADO .Net.
Beta version of the Firebird 2.1 database was published at the end of June. I suppose, most interesting features are the global database triggers, the temporary tables, possibility of the database monitoring through the SQL, canceling running queries and the new SQL statements. We are implemented new Firebird 2.1 features in IBProvider

A new release of InstantBDExpress, the component library designed to
ease the conversion of existing BDE applications over to the dbExpress

FlameRobin 0.8.3 is released
We‘ve rolled out a new release as promised, mostly bugfixes with some important improvements in efficiency(faster work over slow links, faster processing of long SQL statements and more responsive data grid when used with large datasets), please download it and try it. Firebird wire protocol can kill Wireshark
Wireshark (formerly Ethereal) 0.99.6 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (infinite or large loop) via the (1) Firebird/Interbase, (2) DCP ETSI, (3) IPv6, or (4) USB dissector, which can trigger resource consumption or a crash.
