We‘ve rolled out a new release as promised, mostly bugfixes with some important improvements in efficiency(faster work over slow links, faster processing of long SQL statements and more responsive data grid when used with large datasets), please download it and try it. Wireshark (formerly Ethereal) 0.99.6 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (infinite or large loop) via the (1) Firebird/Interbase, (2) DCP ETSI, (3) IPv6, or (4) USB dissector, which can trigger resource consumption or a crash.
