Firebird 1.5 SQL Temporary Reference Update

Just uploaded a Firebird 1.5 SQL Update Reference to this temporary location:
This is NOT ready for publication yet, but all the entries are there and (AFIACT) correct, except maybe in one or two places where I have to contact the developers for clarification.
I’ll commit the DocBook sources to the repository and build a version for publication. After that, I’ll start working on update refs for 2.0 and 2.1. After that, I guess we must take the 2.1 ref and start expanding it to a complete Firebird SQL reference. This last step may take some time š
