Can’t wait to see v 2.1!
I think it is what general users are really looking for besides embedded database, which is great right now.
-> “monitoring tables, … They do allow updates as well, so you can cancel a running statement or stop a transaction.” Wow on line monitoring of the database and SQL based database administration, that sounds great, what if you could use a trigger to kill costly queries?!?!?
-> “Version 2.1 will also include “database triggers” (eg: “on connect” or “on commit”).” Another great enterprise feature, it will make easy to build a standard audit trail!
-> “monitoring tables, they are “database based”, not server wide (so you cannot see, for example, what databases are in use)” Too bad, from a general point of view, can’t you add something similar to the security database to have some server wide monitoring?
