Firebird php manual online

Another part of the Firebird on-line manual has gone live:

To the best of my knowledge it is the only full documentation of the
Firebird PHP driver available anywhere, but I could be wrong.

The on-line manual in total now is now about 200 web pages, 300 book
pages. I currently expect the total to run to 600 web, 1000 book pages
by the time it is done.

All feedback and input is welcome.
