Oracle UDF library – call for help

I’m searching somebody to develop UDF for Firebird
to emulate Oracle main build-in functions:I would like to start with:
– sysdate
– to_date
– to_char (from char and from date)
– to_number

It would be better to see a generic function implementation for Firebird.
Is it even planned?
It was something on the old roadmap toward 3.0
