Two chapters from Using Firebird guide ready for contributors review

This file is not for distribution, just for us doccers to comment and
criticize.

I think I’ve done most of the necessary update/correction/extension
work, but I may have overlooked some things, and possibly introduced
some fresh errors too.

Especially the sections “Minimum Machine Specifications” (in ch.1)
and “RAD Environments” (in ch.2) could be better IMO. But I’ve gone
through so many cycles of reading, updating and re-reading by now that
I can’t look at it with a fresh eye anymore. High time somebody else
had a look.
