Firebird Git 2.5 repository for #ubuntu and #debian updated
Damyan updated the firebird 2.5 repository with the source from Beta 2 , You can see the summary of the changes or try to build it from git on Debian or Ubuntu . I have tested on Karmic.

Note that the resulting packages are far from complete. For example fbtrace is not included.
Testing and patches are welcome.
Another thing that must be done before the packages hit Debian/Ubuntu is updating the copyright/license information. The current debian/copyright file is taken verbatim from 2.1 and does not reflect any changes in 2.5.
