Firebird 2.5 is now reuploaded to #debian experimental
Firebird 2.5 rc1 package is now uploaded and accepted into debian experimental repository.

Update:package is reuploaded , some pdf documentation didn’t had the source in the tar, and for the moment the pdf blobs are removed

Note that since the package is new to Debian, it has to be approved by an ftp-master. This can take quite some time, given the size of the package (and its copyright file).
In the mean time, you are encouraged to build the package yourself from Git (shall work on Lenny too).
Finally, bear in mind this is an experimental package of a release candidate. Some breakage is to be expected 🙂
yep is quite broken the building process , i will send the errors to the list
